Giulia, Anna, and I represent the present. We inhabit the world as it is today: immediate, restless, alive. We observe the latest movements in photography, art, fashion, and contemporary culture—not as distant spectators, but as working professionals who participate in their creation.

As a photographer and artist, I will guide you through the craft and language of contemporary photography. I will introduce you to the latest cameras, lighting systems, grip equipment, materials, and image-making techniques. You will learn how to understand light rather than merely use it; how to transform technical knowledge into visual expression; and how to select the right tools without ever allowing those tools to dictate your vision.

This knowledge is strengthened by our relationships and collaborations with many of the world's most respected photographic manufacturers and professional brands, including Hasselblad, Profoto, Broncolor, LEE Filters, Rosco, ARRI, Bowens, Sunbounce, Pelican, and many others. Technology, however, is only the instrument. The photographer must still provide the eye, the mind, and the soul.

Giulia will lead you into the world of contemporary fashion. She comes from the extraordinary tradition of Parisian haute couture and spent several years directing an atelier at Dior in Paris. For more than twelve years, she has also been one of the leading directors of the London Photographic Workshop.

Through Giulia, you will discover what fashion means today: its changing aesthetics, its cultural influences, and the visual codes that shape contemporary imagery. She will teach you how to style a photograph, develop a concept, assemble a creative team, and collaborate successfully with fashion directors, stylists, makeup artists, hairstylists, and set designers. Fashion photography is never created by one person alone. It is an intricate conversation between talents—and Giulia will teach you how to begin that conversation and how to lead it.

Anna brings another essential perspective: the experience of the person standing in front of the camera. A remarkable professional model who has worked with the London Photographic Workshop for several years, Anna will teach you how to communicate with models clearly, respectfully, and creatively.

She will show you where to find the right models, how to approach them professionally, how to explain your ideas, and how to provide direction on set. Most importantly, she will help you understand how to create a working environment founded upon trust, dignity, clarity, and safety. A photographer does not take something from a model. Photographer and model create something together.

Giulia, Anna, and I are the present: the living moment, the contemporary gaze, the world unfolding before the lens.

To understand where photography is going, we must first understand where human vision has been.

The past is represented by our wonderful friend Ruben—a renowned painter, sculptor, classical artist, and historian of art. Even his appearance seems to belong to another century, as though he had stepped quietly out of an old master's canvas to join us on our journey.

Ruben reveals the connections between photography and the great inheritance of human civilisation. He will teach you how to read the history of a place, understand its architecture, recognise its symbols, and discover the ideas concealed within works of art. In his company, buildings cease to be silent structures. Statues begin to speak. Ruins recover their voices.

Why was this building constructed in this particular way? What does this image represent? Which beliefs produced this monument? Why did an ancient civilisation raise an immense structure in the middle of the desert? Ruben helps us search for the answers.

Through him, the past becomes more than a collection of dates and vanished empires. It becomes a living archive of beauty, ambition, faith, power, imagination, and human endeavour. He teaches us that before we can photograph what stands before us, we must learn to see what lies behind it.

And finally, we come to the future. To speak authentically about the future, one needs someone who already appears to live there. That person is Ilio.

Ilio seems to come from nowhere—or perhaps, more accurately, from another time. He inhabits the near future: a world only a few steps beyond our own, already forming quietly around us. His field is tomorrow.

Ilio explores the technologies, ideas, and cultural transformations that will shape photography, design, art, and human life. He will introduce you to the possible futures of the photographic image—not only in the coming years, but across the next century.

What will photography become? How will technology transform the way we create, communicate, remember, and imagine? What will remain human when machines can produce images? What new artistic languages will emerge from artificial intelligence, computational vision, immersive environments, and technologies that have not yet been named?

Ilio does not offer easy predictions. He opens doors. Through his vision, the future ceases to be a distant abstraction. It becomes a creative territory—strange, challenging, exhilarating, and full of possibility.
